Is it possible to have varicose veins on your genitals that open or burst?

I have varicose veins on my genitals but it also looks like something has burst or opened up, and is slightly painful. I was wondering if that was possible. I’ve been tested for everything at the beginning of my pregnancy, so it can’t be anything like that, was just wondering if anyone had any advice?
